Andrew Stone is an architectural designer and educator, and the founder of Ocra Projects, a design studio based in Western Oklahoma. His work supports small towns through adaptive reuse, affordable housing, and civic focused placemaking that strengthens local identity and everyday life. From Route 66 heritage projects to downtown reinvestment and community gathering spaces, he helps communities convert overlooked places into meaningful public assets. Ocra Projects operates at the intersection of architecture, local storytelling, and economic development, combining design services with partnership building and implementation minded planning. Andrew teaches architecture at the University of Oklahoma, where he emphasizes design as a tool for cultural understanding and real world impact. He holds a professional Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma with a minor in Construction Science, and a master’s degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
